GoToBurgas is the official tourist portal of the Municipality of Burgas, which in addition to purely tourist information about sights and accommodation options, provides information about all events in the region, tourist attractions and activities.
THE CHALLENGE:
The Municipality of Burgas is looking for an opportunity to offer maximum convenience to its residents and guests of the city, as part of the activities include offering a direct online purchase of entrance or ticket for an event from the site gotoburgas.com.
THE SOLUTION:
URBO has been selected as a provider of backend technology solution that will allow all municipal companies and private operators and service providers to upload a description of their services and accordingly accept online payments and reservations in real time. The possibility of online sales is solved through i-frame, which is built into the platform and all offers, events and jobs are managed by the Go To Burgas account in URBO Studio.
Each service provider or event organizer can create their own account in the GoToBurgas account, and subsequently select all the platforms on which they would like their specific offer to be displayed.
GoToBurgas, for its part, has access to complete statistics on the number of views and reservations made through the platform.
