What is VOZZi Driver's Assistance?
VOZZi Driver’s Assistance is a mobile application connecting roadside assistance providers with consumers who need it. It works both on the territory of Bulgaria and throughout Europe, including the Asian part of Turkey, in the client’s native language. VOZZi offers personal mobility packages that do not require ownership of a specific vehicle.
How to use VVOZZi Driver's Assistance services?
Easy, in just a few steps:
- Download and install the app from here.
- Register by entering your details: first and last name, mobile phone number and email address.
- Choose the package that suits you best: VOZZi BG, VOZZi Europe or VOZZi Europe MAX. Pay for the selected package with a bank card in the application itself. The package is activated 72 hours after purchase and is valid for 12 months.
- Launch the app, click on the “Roadside Assistance” icon, select and request the service you need, and the system immediately starts searching for the nearest roadside assistance or service technician.
- The system notifies our closest partner of the need for the respective requested service.
- Our partner accepts your request and heads to your location.
- Follow the movement of the vehicle coming towards you on your phone screen.
Why VOZZi Driver's Assistance?
The company has an established network of over 3,000 partners across Europe, which you can see in the application itself. Shipping from anywhere in Europe at the price of the package you previously purchased. In case you do not want transport to your home, or if the damage can be repaired on site or at the nearest partner workshop, there is also a repair cost cover of €200 or €400 depending on the package you choose. During the repair, you and all passengers of your car will be accommodated in a hotel at the expense of VOZZi.
