Ticket Station is the platform for ticket sales of the largest event organizer on the Bulgarian market and official representative of Live Nation for Bulgaria – Fest Team.
THE CHALLENGE:
Fest Team needed its own platform for selling tickets for events, which could technologically cover all the specifics of organizing large multi-day events in different locations with different types of tickets and passes, multiple entrances and modern ways of checking and checking.
THE SOLUTION:
URBO has been selected as the main technology partner of the Ticket Station platform, and together with Fest Team we will continue to develop the products, the methods of payment, verification, the information that carries the ticket as a document and more.
The platform has a number of modern software tools and functionalities, such as:
Event upload module with the ability to describe in detail and the ability to sell different types of tickets and passes.
Module for description and sale of additional services, such as insurance, transport and accommodation with real-time employment management.
Event and ticket management module – easy change of event dates and automatic re-verification of all issued tickets; option to automatically refund money when canceling an event or exchanging a voucher for a future one.
Ticket payment module: possibility for online reservation of selected events, services and products; possibility for online payment of the selected services without the need to pay and / or receive tickets at the counter; possibility to book and pay for tickets at the EasyPay box office; receiving a fully digital ticket that can be printed (at the customer’s request), inserted in the e-wallet of the mobile device or checked directly from the phone.
Module for analytical inquiries and reports in real time – inquiries in real time for the number of reserved and sold tickets by sales channels, ticket offices, type of tickets with the respective price, etc.
