Holiday and Spa is the largest annual tourist EXPO in the region with over 20 years of history. Given the pandemic situation and the difficulties experienced by the tourism business, the organizers of EXPO decided to go online, thus facilitating the interaction between tourists hotels and tour operators.


As a technological partner of Holiday and Spa, URBO has created an exhibition hall with branded stands for all participants. Visitors could not only receive information about the exhibitors’ sites / tours, but could also make reservations and make real-time payments for certain offers. The exhibition included events, seminars, discussions with leading experts in the tourism industry in the purpose-built art hall. Participants had the opportunity to join virtual meetings and presentations, participate in conferences and round tables and discover innovative features for personal online meetings and video stream.
